The whole night, there was construction. The workers kept on drilling into the concrete from 2 am to 5 am

Clear wall between bathroom shower and bedroom was awkward traveling with a child. But otherwise, great clean and comfy place to crash on a long layover. All the shower and bath amenities (shampoo, conditioner, lotion) were stocked and amazing.

The location was perfect after a red eye flight from Chiang Mai and facing a 10 hour layover before our 12 hour flight home. Our room wasn’t fancy but the two twin beds, shower and bathroom were impeccable and right next door to a Sky Lounge where our status with our airline gave us free access to the nicest and largest lounge with dozens of restaurant food quality serving options, and quiet and comfortable spaces for working with laptops, etc. Lastly, our walk to our gate at boarding time was 5 minutes and Korean Air was friendly and efficient.

No negatives, but you should reserve in advance, the property was fully booked when we were there.

No windows in the room- but that did make it nice and dark- good for sleeping!

I love the convenience of this hotel, which is located within Terminal 2 of the Incheon International Airport. It is the perfect place to get some sleep and have a relaxing shower between international flights. I also appreciate having a small workspace and chair when I need to do work on my laptop. While the room is small, it provides all the necessary amenities for tired travelers without needing to go through security prior to an ongoing flight. I have stayed here every time I have traveled from the U.S. through Seoul to Mongolia and back. It makes the trip so much nicer!

4 hour stay overnight between flights - just for sleep and shower

Having the facility of a Capsule hotel was just perfect! Provided exaclty waht was needed, jsut a room for less than 12 hours. Clean and convenient, and well priced. Wish this kind of hotel could be found at more airports!

Super convenient inside the airport. The hotel is only 2 minutes from my departure gate. Very quiet and clean.

Since it is inside the building, hence no windows and it’s very dark after turn off all the lights, previous customers had the table light turn close to the wall so can turn that light on at night. Needs night light.

The location was good and the staff were friendly.

The faucet had no temperature control, and was dispensed using sensor which was very annoying. And it was fixed to very hot water. The showerhead could use a replacement since it was old and spraying water sideways. The bathroom door doesn’t fully close and it was unclear how to lock it. The walls were not very soundproof and it was easy to hear the snoring of another guy next door.

My Husband and 2 adult children had a 15 hour layover here and the night before, I had a feeling that we'd need this place more than air. I was right. I had caught a bad cold in Thailand and after a few days recovery, I'd given it to my husband and daughter the day before we flew out. A 9 p.m. takeoff from BKK and 4 a.m. landing in Incheon with 2 sick adults after 2 weeks in several regions of Thailand, something told me the last place any of us would want to be is an uncomfortable chair at the gate for 15 hours. This place saved us. If you have a layover that long, trust me, book a room here. The double beds are comfy, there's a shower, a tv, wifi, all things you need to get right before flying again for half a day. The receptionist even found us rooms that we could check into as soon as we arrived and I am so thankful for her help, forever.

It was wonderful to be right in airport for an early morning flight. Beds were very comfortable and room was dark and quiet.

This hotel saved us. We had a 13-hour layover in Incheon, and we were very tired when we arrived. This hotel allowed us to sleep and recover between flights. Also, the staff was superb, from the reception clerk to the cleaning staff. Very professional and helpful!

Everything went perfectly. It is important to book this hotel in advance, because it is very popular.

Transit hotel located within the airport, greatly appreciated as a clean, modern, comfortable place to sleep during a long layover. Rooms are small and windowless—it’s not intended as a vacation hotel. Staff was friendly and efficient. Be sure to make an advance reservation—it was full, and people without reservations were out of luck, and be sure to reserve in the correct terminal, because there are too. You will only have your carry-on baggage with you; checked luggage goes through to your final destination.

No complaints, just expect it to be what it is, an in-airport transit hotel. Be sure to reserve in the correct terminal, too.
